Please allow 3- 9 business days for domestic shipping and fulfillment. We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX, and UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. The Lost Clothing LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, your must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1800-275-8777 or reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance. The Lost Clothing LLC does not hold responsibility for packages once they are possessed by the United States Postal Service and/or delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
