Returns & Exchanges
The Lost Clothing is committed to the quality and positive experience of every product. If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the item, we're happy to accommodate this request within 30 days of your purchase. You can return for a store credit or size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Exchange and Store Credit Conditions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products must be work, unwashed, and undamaged. Products covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Products that small like they have been washed will not be accepted. Products that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant stains will not be accepted. All items with a "Final Sale" or "Sale" or that are sold during the holidays are final, and no exchange or returns will be accepted. We offer free exchanges and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
If your order is return acceptable follow the below steps: Pack and Secure your items in the original packaging. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice as the cost of the return is your responsibility. Ship the items off to the address they will be provided, and you're all set. Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed in 5-7 business days.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit may be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or a product exchange will be sent to you. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Processing Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect item please send an email to info@thelostclothing.com and include: Your order number, Name on the order email the order was mad with, Photo of incorrect item and packing list. Upon our team confirming that you received the incorrect item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item in 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In some instances a refund may be given, which is up to the full discretion of The Lost Clothing Team. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded if deemed applicable by The Lost Clothing Team, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
